As Muslims faithful all over the world celebrate this year’s 2020 Eid-el-Maulud in commemoration of the birth of Prophet Muhammed (peace be upon him) the member Representing Warri Federal Constituency at the Federal House of Representatives, Hon. Chief Thomas Ereyitomi JP has felicitated with Muslims under Warri Federal Constituency as they join their brothers and sisters in Nigeria and across the world to mark the Eid-el-Maulud festival.
Ereyitomi enjoined the Islamic faithful to put on the spirit of love, progress and pray for unity as well as security of lives and property in Nigeria.
Rep Ereyitomi JP, who’s the Deputy Chairman House of Representatives Committee on NDDC and member of other committees in the 9th Federal Assembly, noted that the Muslim celebration is for unity loving one another just as the Holy Prophet Muhammed (peace be upon him ) exhibited while doing the work of Almighty Allah on earth.
He urged Muslim brothers and sisters especially those in Warri South, Warri North and Warri South-West LGAs under his federal constituency to embrace their neighbour by extending goodwill.
Spokesman to the Warri National Assembly member, Amb. Toyin Agbolaya JP in a statement made available to newsmen stated that Hon. Chief Ereyitomi has also charged Muslim in Warri to shun any act of violence and lawlessness as well as getting involve in destruction of properties of any sort just as the country have witnessed recently during the protest in Nigeria .
He congratulated Muslim faithful in Warri, Delta state and Nigeria, assuring them that his representation is for all residents in the three Warri.
The Warri Federal lawmaker urged Muslim faithfuls to remain patriotic and loyal to the country and do things that will promote its unity more.
Chief Ereyitomi wished all Muslim in Warri a happy Eid-el-Maulud celebration.
